# Kalender Update SWIFT — Siklus Standar, Kepatuhan, dan Monitoring

## 1. Siklus Standards Release (SR)

Setiap tahun, SWIFT merilis pembaruan standar pesan (baik MT maupun MX/ISO 20022) untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar dan regulasi baru.

* **Jadwal:** Biasanya rilis pada **bulan November** setiap tahun.
* **Siklus:**
  * **Pengumuman/Konsultasi:** Awal tahun (Januari-Maret).
  * **Publikasi Draft:** Pertengahan tahun.
  * **Implementasi Wajib:** November (tahun berjalan).
* **Contoh:** **SR2025** (November 2025) adalah rilis paling krusial karena menandai berakhirnya masa koeksistensi MT kategori 1, 2, dan 9 untuk cross-border.

## 2. SWIFT CSP (Customer Security Programme)

Sistem keamanan SWIFT tidak dikelola pusat, melainkan melalui kewajiban peserta.

* **CSCF (Customer Security Controls Framework):** Daftar kontrol keamanan wajib yang harus diterapkan tiap bank peserta.
* **Siklus Attestation:**
  * **Self-Attestation:** Setiap peserta wajib melakukan self-attestation terhadap kepatuhan CSCF paling lambat **31 Desember** setiap tahun.
  * **Independent Assessment:** Untuk kategori peserta tertentu, diperlukan audit independan eksternal secara periodik.
* **Dampak:** Bank yang tidak patuh CSP bisa kehilangan akses ke jaringan SWIFT atau diberi label risiko tinggi oleh bank koresponden.

Jangan mengandalkan kabar burung atau "agen" pihak ketiga. Gunakan jalur resmi ini:

1. **MySwift (Customer Portal):** Akses utama bagi pengguna resmi (bank) untuk download dokumentasi standar terbaru.
2. **SWIFT News & Press Releases:** Halaman berita resmi di `swift.com` untuk pengumuman tingkat tinggi.
3. **Sibos (Annual Conference):** Konferensi tahunan terbesar industri pembayaran (tempat pengumuman besar biasanya terjadi).
4. **Newsletter regulator:** Pantau pengumuman Bank Indonesia (BI) atau OJK terkait adopsi standar pembayaran internasional di pasar domestik.

## 5. Tips untuk Profesional Treasury & Compliance

Agar tidak ketinggalan update yang bisa mengganggu operasional:

* **Set reminder** setiap Oktober untuk mengecek rilis SR (Standards Release) tahunan.
* **Audit internal** terhadap CSCF setiap kuartal, jangan menunggu akhir Desember.
* **Update mapping data** di sistem ERP/core banking segera setelah standar MX baru dipublikasikan.
